Call for Articles and Proposals

The Illinois Counseling Association is calling for Articles for publication for their second issue of the "IllinoisCounselor" magazine. The "Illinois Counselor" is our new annual magazine slated to be printed and dististributed to over 8,500 Illinois counselors this fall. Articles should be less than 1,000 words, and be submitted electronically to ICA at ICAexecdir@aol.com no later than June 15, 2010. All rewrites for accepted articles need to be completed by June 30, 2010. The publication will be mailed to all ICA members, all school counselors, and all licensed counselors in Illinois September 1, 2010.
Proposals for the 2010 ICA Annual Conference and Pre-Conference are being accepted at this time. The annual conference is slated for November 11-13 at the Hilton in Lisle, IL. All proposals must be submitted by using the online form available now, by June 30. 2010 .
Pre-conference whole and 1/2 day workshops must have a division or chapter sponsor.
